Most monitoring firms are surveyors. Axo Consulting's directors have been main contractors, invested their own capital in developments and run housebuilding operations from the inside. That experience changes how we read a scheme and what we look for in a report.

We provide independent oversight of cost, programme and risk on behalf of lenders and investors. We review contractor proposals, track drawdown requests and report at each stage of construction. Analysts work alongside the chartered surveyors, so figures get questioned rather than passed on and variances get chased before they become problems.
