Steve has spent over a decade advising on complex development and commercial property matters, with a particular focus on the strategic and financial decisions that determine whether a scheme is worth pursuing in the first place. He has guided acquisitions, supported portfolio restructuring and helped clients navigate the point where commercial ambition meets delivery reality. Clients rely on him for clear thinking when the picture is complicated.

Development Management & Delivery Strategy
Joe has led residential development projects from planning through to construction, delivering over 100 new homes across London and the South East. He set up Axo Consulting because he believed the market needed an integrated consultancy that could sit across development management, cost and monitoring without the usual conflicts. He understands how schemes go wrong because he has been responsible for putting them right.
Euan Baker
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Euan studied Finance at the University of Sussex before moving into quantity surveying, bringing a commercial grounding that sits naturally alongside his technical work. A year at Accel Consulting and his current role at Axo have sharpened a methodical, proactive approach, with a strength in cost planning. Detail-minded and collaborative, he contributes well-organised support across instructions from early estimates through to delivery.

Business Operations Manager
Mellissa's working life has taken her from industrial abseiling to running her own bakery, with construction logistics and high-end retail in between. The thread running through all of it is an ability to keep things organised, moving and on track under pressure. At Axo Consulting she applies that instinct to business operations, marketing and communications, supporting a director-led team that holds itself to high standards on every instruction.
